As we introduce our Customer Care Centre,  we invite you to come forward and speak with us.

If a problem or concern arises, please contact the staff at your branch by telephone, fax, e-mail or in person. They will take all the necessary information.

Please ensure that you:

  • Have all your supporting documents concerning the problem, especially the relevant dates.

  • Have a clear idea of the sequence of events and how you think we can assist.

The sooner you contact us, the sooner we can start working on the solution. Your matter may also be referred to the Branch Manager and you will receive a response from the Branch within 24 hours.
