The Blue Machine accepts any card with these logos


How can The Blue Machine help you?

The Blue Machine allows customers to access their accounts with their OneCard for:

  • Balance information
  • Withdrawals
  • Deposits
  • Bill payments
  • Account transfers
  • Chequebook reorders
What are the features of the Blue Machine?
  • Make deposits to and withdrawals from accounts.
  • Balance information on your accounts.
  • Bill payment options for utility bills e.g. WASA, T&TEC, Cable.
  • Credit Card Payments (TT$)
  • Access funds from:
    1. Accounts with a OneCard facility,
    2. VISA and MasterCard credit cards from any Blue Machine and
    3. Any ABM carrying the LINX, VISA and/or MasterCard logos
  • Transfer of funds within integrated accounts. (i.e. the first ten (10 ) digits must be the same)

How does it work?

Withdrawals at the Blue Machine

  • Insert your card in the machine and enter your PIN.
  • Select the type of transaction (withdrawal or fast cash withdrawal).
  • Select the type of account (chequing/savings) you want to access.
  • Enter the amount that you require.
  • You will then be asked if another transaction is required.
  • Receive the card and receipt confirming the transaction, if no additional transaction is required.
  • Receive your card, money and a confirmation receipt at the end of the transaction.

Deposits at the Blue Machine:

  • Insert your card in the machine and enter your PIN.
  • Select the type of transaction (deposit).
  • Select the type of account (chequing/savings/loan) you want to access.
  • Enter the amount that you require.
  • Receive an envelope from the machine.
  • Place the cash or cheque into the envelope and re-insert the envelope.
  • You will then be asked if another transaction is required.
  • Receive the card and receipt confirming the transaction, if no additional transaction is required.

Account Transfers at the Blue Machine:
Insert the card in the machine and enters your PIN.

  • Select the account transaction option.
  • Select the type of account transfer (chequing to savings, chequing to chequing, chequing to loan, savings to chequing, savings to savings, savings to loan).
  • Enter the amount you require.
  • Verify the amount you requested.
  • You will then be asked if another transaction is required.
  • Receive the card and receipt confirming the transaction, if no additional transaction is required.

Account Balance Enquiry:
Insert the card in the machine and enter your PIN.

  • Select the type of transaction (balance enquiry).
  • Select the type of account (chequing/savings/loan) you want to access.
  • Receive the receipt showing the account balance.
  • You will then be asked if another transaction is required.
  • Receive the card if no additional transaction is required.
  • Bill payment at the Blue Machine (see attached) 

There are no specific ABM fees for Republic Bank customers using the Blue Machine.

  • Your account’s monthly service charge fee covers ABM usage with the exception of Savings Plus, and PICA, which allows two (2) free withdrawals.
    • For Savings Plus each additional withdrawal - $3.00.
    • PICA allows up to twelve (12) debits. All transactions thereafter will be charged $1.30.

      Balance Enquiries - $0.58 each

At the Blue Machine - OneCard Tips

  • Always have your OneCard ready before approaching the room.
  • Never insert a broken or bent card into the Machine.
  • Never lend your OneCard to anyone.
  • Never disclose or write down your Personal Identification Number (PIN). Memorise it!
  • Never accept assistance in completing your ABM transaction from anyone, even from Bank Staff. Contact us immediately by calling our 24 HOUR HOTLINE at 624-7055.
  • Never accept an offer to use a cell phone to call the Bank’s Hotline.
  • Be aware of the overall environment of the ABM room. If you feel unsafe, leave the ABM area and proceed to another ABM.
  • Ensure that no one can see your PIN as you enter it.
  • Always remove your OneCard and retain your receipt on completion of your transaction.
  • Always secure your OneCard and cash before leaving the room.
  • Contact us immediately if your OneCard is lost, stolen or captured by a machine by calling our LINX HOTLINE at 624-7055.
  • Memorise or note your unique OneCard card number, which is located at the bottom right hand corner on the reverse of your OneCard.
