Republic Bank Honours 33 Young Apprentices

Port of Spain, Trinidad, May 10, 2012 - Emotions ran high as young Attorney and inspirational speaker Veera Bhajan, delivered a moving speech to 33 young apprentices who graduated from the Republic Bank Youth Link Apprenticeship Programme 2011/2012. The event was held on May 8, at the Bank’s Park Street office.

Republic Bank Records $550.1 Million in Profits this Year!

Port-of-Spain, Trinidad, May 3, 2011: The Republic Bank Group has recorded a net profit attributable to shareholders of TT$ 550.1million for the financial half-year ended March 31, 2012. This represents a 4.7% improvement over the comparable period last year.

Republic Bank supports Traumatic Incident Reduction (TIR) Training Workshop

Port-of-Spain, Trinidad; April 2, 2012: In an attempt to help improve the lives of persons experiencing trauma related issues, Republic Bank partnered with The Trauma Centre of Trinidad and Tobago, to host a four day workshop targeted at highly trained social workers, psychologists, therapists, counselors and critical incident stress debriefers.
