Netball Pro: The Hon. Minister of Works and Transport and Member of Parliament for Laventille West, Fitzgerald Hinds, shoots the ball, to open the official start of the Republic Bank Laventille Netball League at the Nelson Mandela Park, St. Clair, Port of Spain yesterday (Saturday). Looking on are Republic Bank, Manager’s Associate, Leslie Thompson (second on left), Adana Griffith-Gordon, Former Laventille Councilor and members of SWWTU Malvern NetBall Team. Malvern emerged the winners of the March Pass, Best Flag and Queen Competition.

The girls came first overall in the March Pass, Best Flag and Best Queen competition.
