Republic Bank Partners With Resonance Trinidad To Bring Convenience To Mobile Topup

Port-of-Spain, Trinidad, November 14 2012: Arising from a collaborative effort between Republic Bank Limited and Resonance Trinidad, mobile customers (bmobile and Digicel) now have the added convenience of purchasing cell phone credit for their own or someone else's prepaid mobile phones. This can be done by direct debit from their Republic OneCard or Credit Card Accounts, using yooz.topup.

Yooz does not require an application form, a smart phone or a data plan. To initiate the yooz.topup service, prepaid and postpaid mobile phone customers, will be required to register their Republic OneCard or Credit Card at any of our thirty-four (34) branches.

Once this one-time registration process is complete, customers can simply dial *190# on their mobile handsets and proceed to 'top-up' their mobile phone at any time and from anywhere at their convenience. The customer would be prompted to enter their secure pass code which will be used to authorise 'top-up'; transactions.
