PARTNERSHIP: Copies of Certificate of Registration and any form of valid ID for all partners

LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY: Copies of Certificate of Incorporation/Continuance, Notice of Directors, Notice of Secretary and any form of valid ID for all Directors and Business Officials listed
