Here’s how to pre-register the Board of Inland Revenue (BIR) as a Utility on RepublicOnline

1. Have a copy of your BIR Notice of Assessment close at hand
   
2. Log on to your RepublicOnline profile
3. Using the menu, go to ‘Manage’ and select ‘Company/Utility Payment Subscriptions’
4. Click ‘Pre-Register Utility’
5. Select ‘Government Services’
6. Select ‘Inland Revenue Division - Property Tax’
7. Fill in your ‘Consumer Name’ as stated on your BIR Notice of Assessment
8. Input your Property PIN as stated on your BIR Notice of Assessment
9. Save your update

Here’s how you submit your Property Tax payment using RepublicOnline

Now that you’ve added the Board of Inland Revenue to your list of utilities, you can follow these steps to quickly and conveniently submit your annual property tax payment.

1. Have a copy of your BIR Notice of Assessment close at hand
2. Using the menu, go to ‘Pay’ and select ‘Company/Utility Payments’
3. Select the ‘Inland Revenue Division – Property Tax’ from your list of pre-registered utilities
4. Enter your payment details
5. Select the ‘Debit Account’ you wish to make your payment from
6. Enter the Media Number provided in your BIR Notice of Assessment in the ‘Description’ field (see image above)
   Please note that this is an important step for your payment to be successfully processed by the Board of Inland Revenue
7. Click ‘Continue’ to verify your information and then submit

Here’s how to pre-register the Board of Inland Revenue (BIR) as a Utility and pay your Property Tax payment using RepublicMobile App

1. Have a copy of your BIR Notice of Assessment close at hand
2. Log on to your RepublicMobile App profile
3. Using the menu across the top of the screen, go to ‘Pay’ and select ‘Company/Utility Payments’
4. Select ‘Other’
5. Click the input box titled ‘Utility to Pay’
6. Select ‘Government Service
7. Select ‘Inland Revenue Division - Property Tax’
8. Fill in your ‘Consumer Name’ as stated on your BIR Notice of Assessment
9. Input your Property PIN as stated on your BIR Notice of Assessment
10. Select ‘Save as pre-registered’ to save the Inland Revenue Division as a utility for future payments
11. Enter your payment details in the ‘Amount to Pay’ field
12. Select the ‘Debit Account’ you wish to make your payment from
13. Enter the Media Number provided in your BIR Notice of Assessment in the ‘Description’ field (see image above)
    Please note that this is an important step for your payment to be successfully processed by the Board of Inland Revenue
14. Click ‘Continue’ to verify your information and then submit
