Effective October 20, 2025, Republic Bank will discontinue the issuance of printed credit card statements for both personal and business credit card customers who are not enrolled on RepublicOnline and RepublicMobile.
We’ve made this decision as part of our commitment to digital transformation, sustainability, and enhancing your customer experience.
If you are not enrolled on RepublicOnline or RepublicMobile you may request outstanding balances and minimum payments, free of charge, at any Republic Bank branch to facilitate payments to your credit card. You may also avail of the following options:
• Request a printed credit card statement for the last three billing periods, free of charge, at any Republic Bank branch or via our Customer Care and Support Centre at 1-868-625-3617 ext. 69592, or by emailing us at customercare@rfhl.com. These statements will be available within (4) business days and ready for collection at a branch of choice.
• Request printed credit card statements older than three billing periods at any Republic Bank branch or via our Customer Care and Support Centre at a cost TT$25.00 per statement. These statements will be available within four (4) business days and ready for collection at a branch of your choice.
Accessing your Statements
If you are already enrolled on RepublicOnline or RepublicMobile, simply log in to view your statements.
With RepublicOnline and the RepublicMobile App you can:
• Enjoy fast, secure delivery of statements
• Access up to the previous 18 months of credit card statements which can be downloaded and printed at your convenience, free of charge
• Make real-time payments to your credit card
• Transfer funds between accounts and other local banks
• Pay utility bills
• View account balances
