How do I apply for a job?

What happens after I submit my application?

Your application will be reviewed to determine if you meet the minimum criteria. If shortlisted, you will be invited to the next stage of the process. You would receive an email from rbl.human.resources.recruitment@mail.manatal.com

What is involved in the Psychometric Testing?

Psychometric testing is used to assess your suitability for the role. It may include evaluations in the following areas:
- Aptitude
- Risk
- Reliability
- Deception

These assessments may be conducted online or at an Assessment Centre.

How will I know if I passed the psychometric test?

If you meet the required benchmarks, you will be contacted via email or phone to proceed to the interview stage.

What should I expect during the in-person interview?

The interview is typically conducted by a panel and may include:
- Behavioral and situational questions
- Role-specific scenarios
- An opportunity for you to ask questions about the position.

What is included in the Pre-Employment Screening?

This stage includes:
- Background checks
- Reference checks
- Academic verification

You may be asked to provide additional documentation to support this process.

Is a medical screening required?

Yes, but only for candidates being considered for permanent positions. The medical screening ensures you are fit for the role and is conducted by a certified medical professional.

How long does the entire recruitment process take?

Timelines may vary depending on the role and number of applicants. However, we aim to complete the process within 4–6 weeks from the application deadline.

Will I be notified if I am not selected?

Yes. All applicants will be informed of the outcome of their application, whether successful or not.
